I am a Virgo born on 30th August 1969. Born to
father Mr. J.R. Kashyap and mother Mrs.S. D. Kashyap in a small village Sombon, Nither, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. I
have two sisters; Pala Bharti and Prema Kashyap and a big brother Pratap Kashyap. I am married to a beautiful and loving
lady, Dr. Urmil Raj Kashyap. Well, i did my some part of primary education in Nither and rest of it at Govt Senior Secondary
School, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. I did my graduation, post graduation and doctorate in Microbiology from Panjab University,
Chandigarh, India. I worked for around three years at Energy Research Centre, Panjab University, Chandigarh,
India as research associate. Currently I am doing my Post Doc at Montana State University, MT, USA. I have always trusted
in hard work and I think that is my strength. My patience and hard work has paid me alot and i feel thankful
to the god, family and friends to be with me.

Job is a Challenge
I was not a Scientist by default, but through hard work and patience I
could achieve it and I feel happy about that. My work here as Post Doc in US is to study the Molecular
Biology involved in oxidation of Arsenite a toxic pollutant in ground water. The work is really interesting and I am
all excited about it.
